Regents Place, Osnaburgh Street
T.Clarke successfully secured its fourth major project with The British Land Company for their Development at Osnaburgh Street in 2007.
British Land's prestigious project situated on the west side of Regents Place is a 490,000 sq ft mixed use development comprising of two buildings of ten and eight floor each, with residential space, designed by Terry Farrell and Co. on a 2.5 acre area on the west side of Regent's Place.
This development includes 60 residential units, a community theatre and additional retail provision around a new public square.
The works within within Regent's Place One & Two consist of a high specification cat A office fit out, Common Basement, Landlords Infrastructure, Life Support generation and Security System, with the challenge of Interfacing with existing estate services.
The project had a programme of 18 months with multi phase handover.
