T.Clarke has been successful in securing its fourth major project with The British Land Company for their Development at Osnaburgh Street.

As well as the Development at Osnaburgh Street which is also known as Regents Place T.Clarke is currently completing the Electrical installations at the Broadgate Tower & 201 Bishopsgate  and we are about to commence our on site activities at Ropemaker Place.

Osnaburgh Street, The British Land Company purchased of the freehold interest in the site from The Crown Estate. Work has commenced for a mixed use development comprising 490,000 sq ft of offices and residential space, designed by Terry Farrell and Co. on a 2.5 acre area on the west side of Regent's Place. 
This development will include 60 residential units, a community theatre and additional retail provision around a new public square.
