T.Clarke plc confirms the retirement of Pat Stanborough as Chief Executive on 31 December 2009 and the appointment of Mark Lawrence as Chief Executive, as previously announced in the Interim Management Statement on 8 May 2009.

Pat Stanborough has retired from the Board and will continue to support the business in an advisory capacity for a further year.
