This mixed-use retail and office development is beside St. Paul’s Cathedral in the heart of London – an awkward site where disruption had to be minimised.

With retail arcades on the lower ground, ground and first floors, and office space on five upper floors around four cores, the varied environments presented many challenges.

We were responsible for heating, ventilation, lighting and building control systems for the entire building, including a bespoke generator package on the roof.

Programming of works was tight and carefully orchestrated, with phased handover for maximum efficiency. TClarke also carried out testing and commissioning.
