Brent Council Civic Centre, London

Brent Civic Centre, in the heart of the Wembley regeneration area, will be the greenest civic building in the country.

It will provide a range of exciting new facilities, including a multi-purpose foyer with grand civic steps, a flexible community hall for up to 1,000 people, a new library and learning centre and a winter garden.

The development vastly reduces Brent Council’s carbon footprint and will be used to encourage greener habits locally and set new standards of sustainability for other developers to follow.

DGR Mechancial Services has been appointed by Skanska Rashleigh Weatherfoil to undertake specialist pipework services installation.

The works include extensive use of our prefabrication workshop in Harlow to deliver the installation and design responsibilities of thermal expansion requirements.
