St Kentigerns Academy, Blackburn

The installation of new M&E and associated services was undertaken in new extensions and refurbished areas of the academy.

As the site was in constant use during the works, a complex nine-part phasing system was employed to prevent disruption.

This involved decanting departments into temporary accommodation then stripping out, enabling and re-installing in a timely fashion.

Project specific services included CCTV, period-bell systems, small power and IT network systems, external security lighting, sprinkler installation and comfort cooling systems.
