TClarke announces major electrical and DfMA win at 8 Bishopsgate

16/10/20: TClarke are delighted to announce the company’s appointment to deliver the electrical package including a substantial amount of DfMA prefabricated riser work at the 52-Storey, 8 Bishopsgate development. TClarke Director Charlie Cork introduces the project which starts onsite in November 2020.

This landmark project is located the heart of the City on the corner of Leadenhall Street and Bishopsgate which boasts 560,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation. The architecture features a 52-storey triple blocked façade which gradually decreases in size as it reaches the top of the structure. 

The project is predominantly an office development which also includes space for retail and public viewing galleries. The property developers are Stanhope & Mitsubishi Estates London, with Lendlease being the nominated Principal Contractor. TClarke will be delivering the full HV and LV packages, a complete generator package consisting of four 2600kVA HV generators located on levels 48 & 49, the complete CAT A Fit Out and the design and installation of our in house prefabricated electrical risers.
