TClarke selected for Guinness Partnership’s largest ever scheme

13/12/21: TClarke UK North has been selected to provided engineering services for 311 new affordable homes with United Living at the Guinness Partnership’s largest ever development.

The Guinness Partnership is one of England’s largest providers of affordable housing and care, owning and managing around 60,000 homes across the country. Points Cross is the largest development in Guinness’ 130-year history as it will provide 928 new homes near Leeds Docks and the Royal Armouries Museum when complete.

For TClarke’s UK North team, this is a major step forward in the residential and hotels sector. Operations Director, Paul Mitchell comments:

We see a lot of opportunity for our business in this sector and we are delighted to have been selected by our new client United Living. If you look at the M62 corridor, the skyline shows a significant number of cranes and around 80% of them involve residential projects. The sector is extremely buoyant and our Group’s discipline, skilled resource, technical leadership and financial strength make us a very attractive proposition for clients.

We are delighted to have secured this project and look forward to delivering something of excellence and lasting value for the local community.
