TClarke underway on Prospect Park, Battersea Power Station

8/2/22: TClarke is currently working on phases 2a, 3a, 3b and 3c of the £9bn Battersea Power Station project.  Phase 3c is Prospect Park – a brand new public space designed by Gehry Partners. our Engineer Charlie Luetchford explains.

Battersea Power Station’s master plan consists of eight main phases. The £9bn mixed-use development will see 25,000 people living and working there when the development is complete creating one of London’s largest office, retail, leisure, and cultural quarters.  The 42-acre development will have 250 shops and 3 million sq. ft. of office space including the new Headquarters for Apple, which TClarke is also working on.  

Within the development is Prospect Park a 6-acre public community park designed by world famous architects, Gehry Partners this will be at one end of a massive linear park linking Batterseato Vauxhall.

Prospect Park will be an exceptional public space and we are delighted to have been selected to work on it by Sir Robert McAlpine.  Overall, this work is further proof of our ongoing leadership in Engineering Services.
