TClarke wins place on key £545m Public Sector framework

TClarke has been selected as an engineering services provider on the 4-year Pagabo Framework that supplies UK Public Sector Bodies across the country from education and research to the NHS, emergency services, councils and housing associations.

Rob Faro, Director UK South, comments : “Having worked on other successful Pagabo frameworks we have targeted the M&E frameworks as an important part of our growth plans and a much-needed framework that allows public sector clients direct access to nationwide M&E services. The opportunities expected through the Pagabo framework very much suit our high skills, high quality operation and our nationwide coverage. We are delighted to have been appointed a partner and look forward to opportunities right across our regions.”

TClarke Group CEO Mark Lawrence added: “TClarke is growing successfully across the country, and this is an important Framework for us to be on. It places us in a great position to win good engineering services projects and build new relationships and expand upon existing relationships across the public sector in England. There is strong market appetite for the TClarke proposition of high-quality work delivered by high skills in-house teams, from a company with good values and roots in local communities. Our growth is ongoing.”

Pagabo Chief Procurement Officer, Jason Stapley, said “We recognised some time ago that our clients needed direct access to the very best suppliers in the M&E market, this framework has been developed in response to this growing requirement. Having worked with Rob Faro and the team at TClarke via some of our other procurement routes, we very much look forward to supporting the full range of public sector organisations across the country together.”

Opportunities have already started to flow though this framework with both existing and new clients – a clear demonstration of the value of this procurement route.
