We are recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to join our London Head Office.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Administration Experience
Desirable:
- Level 3 CIPD Qualified
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Upload and Track employee New Starters and Leavers to all TClarke Portals
- Manage the Employee Training Portal
- Monitor the TClarke Employee Query Inbox ‘ ‘Tommy’
- Monitor Employee Probation Periods
- Monitor Employee Absence Records
- Minute take HR Meetings
- Reception Cover as necessary
- HR Administration Support to the wider HR Team across the UK
