TClarke’s first Software Engineer Graduate Programme

28/6/19 : TClarke may be best known for the high quality of its apprenticeship scheme, but now its Technologies business has two Masters Graduate software engineers, Daniel Spinosa and Luke Williamson, forming the first cohort of its Software Engineering Graduate intake. As Director Jamie Ward explains, this is an important milestone in the company’s growth plans.

In July, Daniel and Luke are attending the Niagra 4 Developers software course and we look forward to them acquiring skills and accreditations which will be helpful as we take the next step in our technology journey.

The developer course allows us to use the Niagra platform to build our own bespoke IP apps, tools and systems, to be systems integrators at the higher level and to develop high level programmes, tying building systems up with the cloud and with our clients’ own data and control systems anywhere in the world.

Daniel and Luke both hold Masters Degrees in software engineering and as a TClarke company, our key investment is in high quality people. So we’ve set out to introduce this Graduate Programme in the most organised, well supported and professional way. We’re delighted to have them both on board.

And of course, with TClarke and ETON, the attraction for them lays in part in the exceptional quality and challenge of the projects they will get to work on. For example, both Luke and Daniel have been involved with the software design of the hugely innovative ‘breathable building’ programme at Bloomberg London.

It is an exciting time for us and as ever with TClarke, we develop in-house skills so we can offer clients the certainty and quality they need to get their programme delivered. Daniel and Luke are two more capable and motivated young people within our organisation – and another sign of our confidence as we move steadily forward.
