Landmark makes a hat trick of wins for Scotland

TClarke Scotland continues winning major projects that fuel continued growth. The latest set of complete MEP package wins includes the CAT B MEP fit out of Building 6 at the prestigious Buchanan Wharf Development in Glasgow for Principal Contractor, Heron Brothers.

In addition, Scotland has announced wins of the full MEP Refurbishment of Knightsridge Primary School, Livingston, with Principal Contractors Heron Brothers, the full MEP Cat A & B Fit Out of 19 Charlotte Square Edinburgh, with Thomas Johnstone. These add to the prestigious Crossings residential development, recently secured with Lovell Homes at South Queensferry.

Chris Harris, TClarke Scotland Managing Director comments:

“ TClarke has made a step change in Scotland within just 18 months. We built our capabilities up substantially, moved to new facilities in Eurocentral, expanded our operations, won and delivered a series of new Building Services projects and built a fresh repeat client base. We’re expanding and recruiting, following our traditional steady and secure patterns of organic growth and the development of high-quality in-house teams. We are building extra capacity ahead of market demand.

“The win at Buchanan Wharf is a particularly important one because it absolutely underlines TClarke’s position in the top tier of Building Services contractors in Scotland. Compliments must go to the teams involved across our business in securing these projects.”
